That includes guidance on decluttering, cleaning, simplifying spaces, improving curb appeal, and getting your home ready for photos and showings. My goal is to help buyers walk in and immediately see the value of your home.


Marketing

I build a marketing plan designed to get your home in front of the right people and make it stand out. This includes a strong listing description that highlights your home’s best features and reduces buyer confusion, professional photography, and layout or blueprint materials to help buyers better understand the flow of the home. I also market your listing through the MLS, my personal social media, Facebook Marketplace, multiple buyer-focused Facebook pages, my brokerage network, and video content. When it makes sense, I can also host open houses and use boosted local promotion to get even more eyes on your listing.


Negotiation

Once interest starts coming in, I help you evaluate offers and negotiate strategically to protect your bottom line. I focus on more than just price. I look at the full picture, including terms, timelines, contingencies, and the overall strength of the buyer. My job is to help you make informed decisions, avoid unnecessary issues, and position you for the strongest outcome possible.


Closing Support

From contract to closing, I stay involved every step of the way to keep the process moving smoothly. I help coordinate showings, communicate with all parties, navigate inspections and repairs, track deadlines, and make sure nothing gets missed. Selling a home has a lot of moving parts, and I work to make the process feel organized, clear, and well managed from start to finish.
