I help buyers get prepared by talking through budget, connecting them with trusted lenders for pre-approval, and helping them understand the full picture of homeownership, including down payment, monthly payment, insurance, taxes, and other costs. I also help buyers define their must-haves, nice-to-haves, and overall goals so we can search with clarity and confidence.  


Home Search

Once you’re ready, I help you search strategically for the right home, not just any home. That includes narrowing down neighborhoods, identifying homes that match your lifestyle and budget, scheduling showings, attending open houses, and helping you evaluate each property as you go. My job is to give you honest guidance, market insight, and a clear understanding of what you’re seeing so you can make smart decisions without feeling overwhelmed.  


Negotiation

When you find the right home, I help you put together a strong offer and negotiate with your best interests in mind. That includes price, contingencies, timing, repairs, and overall contract strategy. I guide buyers through negotiations, inspection responses, and appraisal-related decisions so they feel informed and protected throughout the process. My goal is to help you get the right home on the right terms.  


Closing Support

From contract to closing day, I stay involved every step of the way. I help buyers navigate inspections, appraisal, closing disclosures, final walkthroughs, paperwork, and next steps so nothing falls through the cracks. Even after closing, I want to be a resource for questions, recommendations, and support as you settle into your new home.
